• Serve/Post upon an occupant of the property in a manner in which a summons is served pursuant to ORCP 7 D (2) and 7 D (3)
• If vacant provide a non-occupancy declaration
• Sub-service mailing is completed
• Flat-fee
• Report service next business day
• Rush service
• Address correction to single family residence or multiplex will be reported immediately

Publish Trustee’s Notice of Sales

• Legal newspaper
• ORS 86.745(2)
• Provide estimated cost of publication
• Cancellation fee
• Affidavit of publication

Publish Notice of Trustee’s Sale

• Public Proclamation on date and time at sale location
• Contact Trustee prior to sale for information
• Provide crier with sale or continuance script
• Report sale information to Trustee
• Flat fee up to 55 minutes per sale
